About Colonel Beer
Colonel Beer is a craft brewery based in the coastal town of Batroun in northern Lebanon, founded by Jamil Haddad. Often described as one of the country’s earliest independent breweries after 961, Colonel built its reputation on a seaside brewpub where visitors can drink freshly made beer just steps from the Mediterranean.
Beyond the beer itself, Colonel became known for its strong environmental ethos, with a building and operation designed around reuse, recycling and low waste.
