Mersel Wine is a natural Lebanese winery founded by Eddie Chami, working with extremely high-altitude vineyards in the mountains around Deir el Ahmar and Jabal Mansour. Mersel has built a reputation as one of the boldest names in Lebanon’s natural wine movement, farming some of the highest vineyards in the country and making wines with minimal intervention that celebrate their mountain origins.
The winery is widely known for pioneering Lebanese pét-nat, its sparkling “Leb Nat” style, as well as expressive reds built around Cinsault, an old Lebanese workhorse grape given new life here.
