Feryal, styled as “the mooneh boutique,” is a small Lebanese producer offering a curated range of traditional pantry goods. At the heart of its selection are zaatar and extra-virgin olive oil, complemented by oil preserves, kishk, pickles and other seasonal mooneh. The brand frames its products around the idea of the “bare necessities” of the traditional Lebanese pantry, the staples that a household would preserve to see it through the year.
