Cedrus Arak is a traditional Lebanese arak produced by Boutros Kazan & Sons in the Bekaa Valley, with a family history that reaches back to 1919. Named after the cedar of Lebanon, the emblem at the centre of the national flag, the brand ties itself directly to the country’s identity and long distilling tradition.
The arak is made in the customary Lebanese way, distilling grapes and infusing the spirit with aniseed.
