Solar Olives | Made in Lebanon

Certified-organic, single-estate olive oil from the highlands of Koura.

About Solar Olives

Solar Olives is a family-run Lebanese producer based in the village of Kour in the Koura district of North Lebanon, an area famous for its dense olive groves. Grown at around 450 metres of altitude, the brand’s olives are cold-pressed into a single-estate extra-virgin olive oil that carries organic certification, including the Lebanese “LB-BIO-102” mark and the EU organic logo.

Alongside its flagship organic extra-virgin olive oil, Solar Olives also offers cured table olives. The emphasis throughout is on a clean, traceable, estate-grown product: olives from the family’s own trees, harvested and milled with organic practices rather than sourced anonymously on the open market.
