Synkers شركة تكنولوجيا تعليمية أسّسها لبنانيون، انطلقت لحلّ مشكلة بسيطة وعالمية: يحتاج الطلاب إلى المساعدة لحظة تعثّرهم تحديداً، لا بعد أيام. ومن خلال منصتها وتطبيقها على الهاتف المحمول، تصل Synkers المتعلّمين بمدرّسين ومرشدين مؤهّلين عند الطلب، فتجعل الحصول على دعم أكاديمي فردي سهلاً كطلب سيارة أو توصيل طعام. وما بدأ شركة ناشئة لبنانية نما ليصبح لاعباً إقليمياً، موسّعاً حضوره في أسواق الشرق الأوسط وخارجه.
The company’s momentum was reflected in its fundraising. Synkers raised a $1.8M pre-Series A round to scale its technology and grow its tutor network. That trajectory eventually led to its acquisition by a London-based education firm, a move designed to fuel global expansion and place Synkers’ on-demand tutoring model in front of a much larger international audience while keeping its Lebanese-founded roots at the center of its story.

Synkers is one of the clearest examples of Lebanese talent building technology that travels. Founded in Lebanon and raised on the country’s deep respect for education, it turned a local idea into a product with regional traction and, ultimately, international appeal through acquisition. For students, it made expert help accessible and affordable; for the Lebanese startup ecosystem, it became a reference point for what an ambitious edtech company can achieve when it exports its model rather than staying home.
