Founded in 2011 by Kamil Skaff, it grew from a small herd into a substantial operation, working with local dairy farmers through contract farming to secure its milk supply. The farm processes a large volume of milk each year into a broad dairy range.
Its products span traditional Lebanese staples such as laban, ayran, labneh and cheeses like halloum, double crème and akkawi, alongside European-style cheeses including mozzarella, gouda and feta. This mix lets Skaff serve both the everyday Lebanese table and demand for international-style dairy, all produced within the Bekaa.
