Acerca de SE Factory
SE Factory is a Beirut-based coding bootcamp and tech-talent training provider that has become one of the most recognized names in Lebanon’s developer education scene. It runs full-time, intensive bootcamps designed to take motivated learners and equip them with the practical software skills employers actually want. The emphasis is not on theory for its own sake but on job placement: preparing graduates to step directly into roles in the technology industry.
SE Factory matters because it addresses one of the most pressing challenges facing Lebanon: giving young people a direct path to meaningful, well-paid work. By compressing practical software training into intensive bootcamps and tying that training to job placement, it helps graduates enter the tech workforce quickly. Backed by Berytech and donor programs, it also represents a model of collaboration between the private sector, the startup ecosystem and development funders. For the Made in Lebanon story, SE Factory is proof that human capital is one of the country’s most valuable exports.
