Acerca de Asalli
Asalli is a Lebanese honey producer whose signature product is a genuine mono-strain cedar honey. Its hives are placed inside the Barouk cedar reserve, part of the Shouf Biosphere Reserve, so that the bees forage predominantly among Lebanon’s iconic cedar trees. Producing a true cedar honey requires keeping hives within a few kilometres of the cedar vegetation, which is exactly what Asalli’s location in the reserve allows.
