Château Florentine مصنع نبيذ لبناني صغير متخصص في جبال الشوف في جبل لبنان، في المنطقة المحيطة بمجدل المعوش. وبين المدرّجات الزراعية والمنحدرات المكسوّة بالصنوبر في الشوف، تمثّل الدار الحركة المتنامية لمصانع النبيذ اللبنانية التي تؤسّس حضورها خارج سهل البقاع، في أراضٍ جبلية تحظى بالتقدير لارتفاعها ومناخها الأبرد.
The winery produces reds, whites and rosés in a boutique, hands-on style, working with grapes suited to its elevated Mount Lebanon vineyards.
