The name translates as “the olive orchard,” and the project centres on premium extra-virgin olive oil grown in Lebanon from carefully tended groves. Its oils have repeatedly earned recognition at world olive oil competitions, including the New York International Olive Oil Competition.
The brand pairs traditional Lebanese olive growing with meticulous milling and quality control, aiming for oils with balanced, expressive flavour profiles.
