The winery produces a range of reds, whites and rosés, working with grapes well suited to the Bekaa’s continental climate, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache for reds and crisp whites for freshness. Cave Kouroum has built a following among Lebanese wine lovers and welcomes visitors for tastings, offering a window into how the country’s most famous wine region turns sun-drenched fruit into finished bottles.
Pourquoi Cave Kouroum compte
Kefraya sits at the centre of Lebanon’s wine identity, and Cave Kouroum is part of the community of growers and producers that keep this terroir on the map. By farming Bekaa vineyards and welcoming wine tourists, the winery contributes to both the rural economy and the wider story of Lebanese wine, which stretches back thousands of years to Phoenician times.
